FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS

An AI CMO for real estate agents.
Be the agent they already know.

Sellers list with the agent they have been seeing for months. Being seen takes a post a day — market updates, tips, the neighbourhood — and listings, showings and closings leave no time for it. An AI CMO keeps you in the feed, designed in your brand, with fair-housing care written into every post.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Post useful local knowledge, not only listings: what the market did this month, tips for buyers and sellers, myths about pricing and timing, a day in the life. Instagram and Facebook reach local buyers and sellers; short video carries home tours and tips. Describe the property, never the people you want to buy it, and include the disclosures your state and brokerage require.

A WEEK OF POSTS · EXAMPLE

A week of posts for an agent.

How PaperFlight's CMO might plan one week for a real estate agent. The opening lines are examples; yours come from your website, your positioning and your results.

  1. MONDAYMyth vs fact

Myth: pricing high leaves room to negotiate. Fact: an overpriced listing often sells for less in the end.

  2. TUESDAYDaily tip

Sellers: fix the front door before you list. It is the first thing every buyer touches.

Where your buyers read.

  • Instagram

Local buyers and sellers scroll here; tips, myth-busters and listings as branded posts and Reels.

  • Facebook

Neighbourhood reach and community groups; market updates and open houses get shared.

  • TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Short voiced videos of tips and tours, found by people searching their area.

  • LinkedIn

Referrals from other professionals, relocation contacts and investors.

What real estate agents should post about

  • This month's local market, in one number and one sentence
  • Tips for buyers and for sellers, one at a time
  • Myths about pricing, timing and commission
  • The process, step by step, from offer to keys
  • The neighbourhood: what is new, what is coming

Keep out of your posts

  • Any preference or limitation by race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin (Fair Housing Act, 42 U.S.C. 3604(c)). Describe the home, not who should live in it — “great for young couples” is the kind of line to avoid.
  • Posts that don't make clear you are a real estate professional, or leave out your firm's name (NAR Code of Ethics, Article 12).
  • Leaving out what your state requires — for example, Texas sets how large the broker's name must be; California asks for your licence number on first-contact material.
  • Edited listing photos presented as real: California now expects AI-altered listing images to be disclosed.

US rules. Your state's real estate commission and your brokerage set the details. Not legal advice.

Questions people ask.

What should a real estate agent post on social media?
Useful local knowledge as much as listings: market updates, buyer and seller tips, myths, the process and the neighbourhood.
How often should an agent post?
Daily is a strong rhythm when it is useful; a plan of different post types keeps it from becoming a stream of listings.
Can I put my brokerage and licence on every post?
Yes — set it as your sign-off and PaperFlight adds it to every post on every channel.
Can I try it first?
Yes — 7 days free, no card.
