Terms of service

PaperFlight is a private console operated by its owner for people the owner invites. By signing in you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, which says what the console stores and how connected Google and social accounts are handled. Questions: the contact page.

Your account

• An account is personal to you. Keep your password to yourself and tell the owner if you think it has been used by someone else.
• The owner can create, suspend and remove accounts and workspaces, and decides which tools, models and connections each person may use.

What you may do with it

• Use the console to write, review and publish content for the brands in your workspaces, and to see how it performs.
• Connect only accounts you are entitled to use, and only for the brands they belong to. When you connect a Google account (Gmail, Calendar or Analytics), you are granting the console, and the agents you set up, the access the consent screen describes; you can withdraw it at any time from Setup › Connections or from your Google account permissions.
• Content you publish through the console is yours and your responsibility: it must be lawful, accurate, and allowed by the platforms it goes to. An agent acting on your behalf acts under your name and your instructions.

What you may not do

• Use the console to post spam, mislead people, impersonate anyone, or infringe others’ rights.
• Attempt to access another person’s workspace or account, or to circumvent the permissions the owner has set.

Third-party services

Publishing, mail, analytics and AI writing go through other companies’ services (PostForMe, Google, Cloudflare, Neon, and the AI provider configured for you). Their terms apply to what they process; what each receives is set out in the privacy policy. The console is provided as it is; we do our best to keep it running and correct, but we do not promise that it never fails, and we are not liable for content you or your agents publish through it.

Ending

You can stop using the console at any time and ask for your data to be deleted; connected accounts can be disconnected first, which revokes the console’s access. The owner can end your access at any time.

Changes

These terms may change; the date above says when. Continuing to use the console after a change means you accept it.
