FOR CONSULTANTS AND COACHES

An AI CMO for consultants and coaches.
Your expertise, posted every day.

Your clients buy your thinking. Posting it every day is how the next ones find you — and it is the first thing to go when client work fills the week. An AI CMO keeps your expertise in the feed, in your voice, while you deliver.

THE SHORT ANSWER

Post your thinking, not your services: frameworks you use, mistakes you see clients make, a point of view on your field, a before-and-after from real work (anonymised and with permission). LinkedIn is the main channel for B2B consultants; coaches also do well on Instagram and short video. Keep every result claim honest and typical.

A WEEK OF POSTS · EXAMPLE

A week of posts for a consultant.

Where your buyers read.

  • LinkedIn

Where your buyers are, and where a personal profile out-reaches a company page. Slide posts (PDF carousels) suit frameworks.

  • Instagram

Coaches' clients often find them here; checklists and myth-vs-fact posts carry well as images and Reels.

  • YouTube Shorts and TikTok

Your frameworks as short voiced videos — the same slides, explained.

  • X and Threads

Short takes that test which ideas land before you build a post around them.

What consultants and coaches should post about

  • The frameworks and questions you use with clients
  • Mistakes you see repeatedly, and how to avoid them
  • Anonymised before-and-afters, with the client's permission
  • Your point of view on news in your field
  • Who you are not for — it helps the right clients self-select

Keep out of your posts

  • Success stories presented as typical when they are not. A testimonial is read as what clients usually get; if it isn't, say what they usually achieve — “results not typical” is not enough.
  • Income or earnings promises. The FTC has warned business coaches, among others, that false money-making claims can bring civil penalties.
  • Numbers without proof: keep the evidence for every figure you post.
  • Client details without permission — anonymise, and ask first.
  • Fake or paid-for reviews and testimonials.

US rules, from the FTC's Endorsement Guides and its 2021 notice on money-making claims. Not legal advice.

WITH PAPERFLIGHT

PaperFlight turns your thinking into a post a day.

Give PaperFlight your website or a few notes and it drafts your positioning: who you help, their situation, your promise and three pillars. Every post serves those pillars. Frameworks become slide decks with a PDF — posted to a personal LinkedIn profile as a real document post — and voiced short videos for Reels, TikTok and Shorts.

Your rules bind every post: always say, never say, banned words. Approve each post, or let it publish on its own within a daily cap.

Questions people ask.

What should a consultant post on LinkedIn?
Your thinking: frameworks, mistakes you see, points of view and anonymised results. Sell less, teach more — the posts that teach are the ones that bring enquiries.
Can I share client results?
With the client's permission, anonymised, and only results that are typical — or say plainly that they are not.
Will it sound like me?
PaperFlight writes from your positioning in your voice, in the first person if you choose, and learns from every edit you make.
Can I try it first?
Yes — 7 days free, no card.
